in the garage! On me!
We're still in the process of straightening up and re-arranging the garage and moving into a new boat, so a few Muskie lures were lying around. Somehow today while working my way through the stuff, I managed get a topwater hooked into the shoelace on my right shoe and the other set of hooks into the back of my left calf. It was moderately uncomfortable. ![]() Fortunately, my wife was nearby and used the ol' hook "pop out" method to remove the hook from my calf. Just amazing how well it works. It was the 2nd time I've had to have a hook "popped out" of me. First time I had to have it done off the water. ![]() |

Nice work Tim.
I've also had a good, solid hook-up in the garage. Makita cordless attached to a suick attached to my thumb. Was home alone at the time, wife and kids at a movie. I drove myself (manual tranny) with the hook buried in my thumb to the ER. Very important to remove hooks before working on baits. This can't be stressed enough. Jamie |
