I took my daughter out to catch some bass and we ended getting three little Muskie out at the Fremont state lakes. They were the 10-11 inch fish stocked this month. All were released with minimal handling, unharmed. They were sure pretty.

Ogrefish,
What is the best way you have found to prepare a muskie? Grilled or fried? Did you see any Dorosoma cepedianum, Cyprinus carpio, Mycropterus salmoides or any Lepomis macrocyrus? |

We got 2 Lepomis Macrocirus, 20 Mycropterus Salmoides, and thankfully no Shad or Carp. Watch the eating muskie talk or I'll put a Pituophis catenifer in your boat.

as long as we're playing latin, isn't the genus Micropterus with an "i"? And the species was L. macrocerus, with an "e".
Sheesh |
