heres some info from the college bass forums, not a lot but at least we know where the tourney is being held.

Prefish - Can prefish now until June 21

Official Practice Days - Sat thru Tues - July 5-8
Under Armour College Bass National Championship - Wed - Fri July 9-11

Arkansas River Pools 6,7,8 - Off-limits From June 21 - July 4.

No clue, and Yes we can only have 1 boat for this tournament.
