You know as much as we do Willie that predicting a W in a tournament is bad luck!

I am waiting for a call back from Troy Heckaman about:

Where are we launching out of?
Certain hotel we should book?
Get a north of Highway 9 map or South of highway 9 Map?

any other questions I need to ask him?

Also,

Boat 1: Tony
Boat 2: Ryan
Boat 3: Logan

non-boater 1: Drew
non-boater 2: Seth
non-boater 3: Shane

I just took the liberty of going to RANDOM.ORG - True Random Number Service
List Randomizer

There were 3 items in your list. Here they are in random order:
  1. 2
  2. 3
  3. 1
Timestamp: 2008-05-28 17:50:10 UTC

This is who will fish with who:

Tony & Seth
Ryan & Shane
Logan & Drew

I guess its good we have a team familiar with each others fishing style, but I like the fact that each guy brings a different fishing style and can teach each other!

I emailed triton because I have found that this is a better way to contact them rather than phone, asking for at least 1 boat, hopefully 2. If he can get us only 1, then I will be getting in contact with dry dock to try and borrow a boat from them.

Drew we need to take the money out of the NU Foundation, will you e-mail Kevin Meyer?

Also, I just e-mailed our interim adviser to try and get in contact. His name is Carl Lundstedt, and he is (was ) a peer of Mako's.

It may be a good idea to get a map for each boat. I know i would like to have one in our boat so i'm sure you all would too.

yes it will be. I have made a contact with a guy who was my link boater when I went and fished the weekend series in Oklahoma. He is going to send me a bunch of pictures of his map marked up. That way I will know which map to get the north one or the south one.

That way we can all fish those spots and figure out which produces best for us, and what exactly the fish are doing.

those rules apply to football?

Good luck. Do very well...just not as well as my Wildcats...

Actually, really, good luck. Should be a ball.

Have you heard anything on the boats yet? If so you'll have to let us know what type of insurance to get.

its 66 bucks per person. I knew that looked fishy (no pun intended, ok well kinda) Still a pretty good deal for 4 nights.

Thank you for pointing that out drew. I will call you tomorrow, we need to talk about the whole advisor thing. I think you got an email today from Kevin right?

He is calling me back later today, he was working on us and OU as we spoke. He said we might end up with a aluminum boat, but it will still be very nice. Ryan, what I need you to do is call Logan and discuss what exactly he did with his insurance agent, possibly get her number and talk with her about it so you can get this thing knocked out as fast as possible when we figure out what boat we are getting. Also, I will be calling dry dock marine to help jeff out a little bit.

I will have an updated itinerary later tonight after summer school.
