What do you think of putting a bin at Halleck Park? I fish there quite a bit. Yesterday I was there and pulled out a bunch of line out of the water!! I watched another guy pull out two other lines out. I am willing to maintain it.

I'm confident Steve will jump all over your offer as soon as he sees it. You could help him out just a little, t, by finding the name/number of Papillion's head of Parks & Recreation, because I'm guessing that's where he'll have to go for permission.
If your experience with the bins is anything like mine, you won't find the every-other-week checks burdensome at all. Thanks for the offer to help.
