Other comments: Left several skin cells on each bin. Is the scraped and reddened forearm some new-guy initiation or is there a better way to collect line?

I use a coat hanger.

Currently working on a "plan" for the sealed bottom bins. Stay tuned!

Will do a "test" on the Davis Creek bin, the only one we have "out here" without the screw-bottom.

Meanwhile, please practice C&R on them spiders. They eat skeeters!

Default North Park Lake, Holdrege

Bin Location/Lake: North Park Lake, Holdrege
Date: 11/06/09
Volunteer: Harold F.
Amount of Line Collected: A nice wad of mono and a big ball of some red line. Someone's been watching too many TV shows!
Misc in bin: One 1/16 oz jighead painted white/chartruese, one bag with a small bag with something squishy in it. Didn't open it, just walked across the parking lot and dropped it into the refuse container the City provides!
Note: There IS a "doggie-doo" dispenser on the opposite side of the boat ramp where the Bin is located. It don't take no Sherlock Holmes to figure out what was in the smaller bag!

Bin Location/Lake....Oak Lake (all three)
DATE...11/14/09
Volunteer...MA Machine
Amount of Line.....20 feet in one bin, none inthe other 2
Misc. in Bin....Trash in all bins
Note: For the most part the bins are not being used for fishing line. All three were full of plastic bags, candy wrappers, diapers, dog waste in bags...... I am afraid that this may be a trend for this area.
