Bin Location/Lake: Cottonmill
Date: 02/10/2009
Volunteer: Slimdog
Amount of Line Collected: A good handful
Misc in bin: --
Note: 02/18/09 At some point in the last month the post was painted and it appears that an attempt was made to remove the bin to do so. In this attempt the bin was not reassembled correctly. I was not contacted by the staff of cottonmill. The bin will be fixed in the next 24 to 48 hours.

Cut and Paste?

While a "rumor" is that Slimdog is in Omaha today (Saturday) and possibly having Scheels on the list, I doubt he is the Volunteer for that line bin!

Just messin', Holdem.

BTW, you MAY want to alert the authorities that Slimdog may be in the area. He will be driving a ********* ************** with 9 county plates, #*********!

Default Two Rivers

Bin Location/Lake: Lake #3
Date: 3/17/09
Volunteer: OBG
Amount of Line Collected: 3 wads
Misc in bin: steel leader, rusty hooks, small rusty daredvle, weights, including AA battery used as weight and 2 large hexnuts, also used as weights
Other comments: Relatively small amount over winter due to lack of activity so far at this lake, although there were 5 cars in lot when we arrived today.

Bin Location/Lake: Lake #5 (trout lake)
Date: 3/17/09
Volunteer: OBG
Amount of Line Collected: 6 or 7 wads of line
Misc in bin: rusty hooks, sticks, old swivels and leader, few small weights
Other comments: Despite high activity since trout lake opened 3/14, surprised by relatively little line in bin.

Default Two Rivers

Bin Location/Lake: Two Rivers #3
Date: 4/7/09
Volunteer: OBG
Amount of Line Collected: 3 good-sized wads of line
Misc in bin: four small weights, couple of old hooks, couple of sticks
Other comments: Hardly any trash this time.

Bin Location/Lake: Two Rivers #5 (Trout lake)
Date: 4/7/09
Volunteer: OBG
Amount of Line Collected: at least 15 substantial wads of line
Misc in bin: 2 small hooks, one weight, and one stick
Other comments: This was the most satisfying "bin cleaning" I've had. The tube was packed with line and there was almost no trash. It's almost like people understood the purpose of the program!!
