Tempura

Anyone tried making their own tempura breading. I have the Recipe and man do walleye and shrimp taste good in it of course you can do vegetables and other fish like tilapia. SO here it is try it it wont let you down.

.5 C of flour
.5 C of Ice Water
1 egg
3 TBS Cornstarch
2 Tbs of Canola Oil
.5 Tsp Baking Soda
.5 Tsp of salt

Be sure not to mix before the oil is hot otherwise it will get too runny and if you want to make it less this just add some more water.
It turns out to look like Pancake batter just thinner but its not the same
