I use basically the exact same recipe and this one above is good for about 2 people. The nice thing is it isn't hard to double, triple or quadruple the amounts. I also like to cube my fish instead of chop and since I like more fish per spoonful, I use closer to 1/2 pound instead of the 1/4 lb. Oh, and heavy cream works much better than milk!
