Had this idea last weekend when I first ate frog legs.
Bought some McCormicks orginal stlye buffalo wing seasoning. Put the frog legs in a freezer bag with seasoning, shook it up till they were coated. My wife soaked some tooth picks and stuck them through their legs to keep them still. Put them on a cookie sheet that was covered in tin foil and sprayed down with Pam. Baked them for about 15 minutes at 350. The legs were AWESOME! The meat just fell off the bone.
