Has anyone ever used the services of Creighton dental students? Whar was the cost? Was the treatment good. Anything else you can tell me. My son needs dental work but has no insurance.

GW, it's worth checking out. While the actual "hand-on" processes are done by advanced students, the diagnostic decisions and treatment choices are closely supervised by the faculty. A good friend of ours who is a CU dental school grad always insisted the work was first-rate and the finest available, but the trade-off is that the students work slower than professionals because they have no profit motivation to work faster.

I tried that here on the Lincoln Campus many years ago, and although the work was done fine, the amount of time I was there was not worth the savings. Everything and I mean everything had to be checked by a higher up when-ever the student did any part of the procedure, it took forever.
