I play...I like it. I have fun and win sometimes. Lyssa is good at it! (cause I taught her how to play of course, she's sitting right next to me laughing at this while I type it). She beats me a lot.

Winnin 440 bucks, heck man you don't need a job doin that. hahaha

Well if anyone wants to throw a poker night (for fun) I'd be down.

I play about 3 times a week.

I play a few nights in The Fantasy Poker League

Its a lot of fun and gives you the chance to play a free roll here in town against others to win $50. Its also a good excuse to get out and drink some beers.

I also play up at Argosy in Sioux City. Best one night profit was $789. Been there about 10 times and (knock on wood) havent came home without at least a small profit yet.

I enjoy holdem myself, wouldn't mind a get together. I've played craps one time, and it wasn't too bad. I wouldn't mind learning the game a little better.

I already owe them $2039. So sue me. Also you have to make more than a certain amount to be required to turn it in. IMO the IRS has enough money! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!

Yep my bookie will stop taking US customers jan 1.

I wonder if you could setup an offshore account, and xfer money there, and then xfer money from the off-shore acct, to your bookie? I bet it would work.. just an idea.

That didn't fair to well with a few in Congress who tried to get around paying taxes not that long ago by going the route you mentioned ... Are we on the same page here ? ...

yea be careful dude. All that stuff your talking about is totally illegal.

If you made over $4000 in betting in a year why didnt you pay your back taxes? Getting behind in owed taxes can ruin your life. They will charge you ULTRA hugh interest and really hose you. I know a farmer who lost everything because of them.
