Broken spring in lock knife.....

Does anyone know of a place in Lincoln that would fix something like this? Friend of mine has a knife of their father's that is broken and they'd like to get it fixed.

i have a friend that makes custom knives for a major manufacturer, i can give him a call if you want, he is in the lincoln area...
