Default Travel trailer repair

I have a soft spot on the floor of our travel trailer due to a leak around a window. Has anybody ever replaced a floor in one of these or remodeled one. Is this something that can be done or just forget it. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

I have supported a spongy rv floor from the bottom with 2 x 4's and securing to the rv frame with construction adhesive and screws.

Where on the floor is the soft spot? Are any of the cabinets over it . Mine was at the door. Was able pull up the piece of flooring pull out bad spot (there was a seam got lucky) replaced with a piece of outdoor plywood. The linoulem was pretty ugly so I got the 12x12 glue down tile looks great. Bought plenty in case I need to replace a few. Also I HATE doing wood work. Welder by trade.
