Of those you listed, I'd stick with one from The North Face. That said, I really love Marmot's bags. The fill they use is top-notch, the fit is great, and the materials and workmanship are marvelous. Not that The North Face isn't good - they definitely are. And synthetic fills are getting better and better, making them more comparable to down in terms of insulation-to-bulk ratios and all that fun stuff.
