How is BPS about returns? I bought a boat cover that I'm not very happy with. It came with two bungee cords and about a 40 foot lightweight cord. No instructions or pictures. On my first trip, 40 miles, the cover developed a small tear in a corner. I guess you get what you pay for. I just couldn't spring for over $200 so bought this one for about $60. Will BPS give me my money back? Bought it in Denver but will be heading east this weekend and thought I might take it to Council Bluffs.

They have been excellent to me, but I have never returned anything "torn." They did take back a rod/reel that I didn't like after I had it for a couple of months. No questions asked.
