Default I guess I have to get married now.....

Well, had a very exciting weekend. First off, did some pheasant hunting, the group got 9 birds and 5 quail. But it was Saturday nights evenings events that were the exciting part. I had been planning this for a few months now.

I got my buddy in on this idea when I first bought a shinny little object that women drool over. I have been dating my girl for 4 1/2 years now. We showed up to her house to trick or treat. My girlfriend at the time had a love for Super Mario, thus I dressed as such. My friend dressed as Santa because it is very difficult to find Mario's counterpart Luigi costume.

So we showed up during a brief break from little munchkins begging for candy at this house. We knocked at the door and just stood there as she came outside. At this time my heart was going at a very expedient rate and I was almost to have a heart attack i thought. She looked us over carefully and just threw a bunch of double bubble in our bags as a group of youngsters were approaching the door. As she brought her attention to them, i plainly stated " Just one more thing" as I dropped down to a knee and pulled a little red box I had stashed on top of the gigantic inflatable belly.

"Will you be my princess?" (had to stay with the Mario character)

She stood dazed for a few seconds before she realized who it actually was. Meanwhile in the background another adult:"Am I witnessing something special?" while a little child with her: "Can I just get my candy??"

this picture is of the aftermath

SHE SAID YES!!!!!!
