Yes its very expensive to dry corn or to haul it in wet because there is a penalty if the corn is too wet. Lots of farmers are doing it in my area and we are drying a small amout but we are still giving it time, in a few more weeks i'm sure the stress level will be up a lot more.

There are a couple places that are taking corn when it is still wet. I know the ethanol plant up by Blair was taking 22-23% corn for awhile.

Only thing to do now is pray for dry weather.
