We are working on the process. We will be implementing a process where we will notify folks of proposed regulation changes and they will have an opportunity to give us some feedback. Daryl, let me just say that you are an extremely valuable part of the NGPC and this forum. You would be extremely hard to replace should you ever decide leave Nebraska, "
worthless" is a term I would never use with you and IMO we could use more government employees like you.
PS - I have had a few issues with my computer as well this year.
