Come on Harold a frozen minnow is like kissin you sister

No action or flash to a frozen minnow. I would use gulp live minnow before i went to a frozen dead minnow

Personally i dont buy the no live bait being that beneficial . Dont think trash fish come from bait vender's.

Private waters upstream and fish hatcheries oversite are the problem.

Where i have big problems is a crappie fishery with a no live bait fish reg

Kind of like paying a farmer to let people hunt his disked roundup ready bean field if you ask me.....
