I have to add the third plug for "Born to Hunt" by Ralph Kohler. If you enjoy waterfowl hunting it is a must read and if you just enjoy hunting or even just enjoy being in the outdoors it is a great book as well.

My dad got me a copy for my birthday a few years ago and I have read and re-read it at least 5 or 6 times so far. The book does an outstanding job of allowing you to see nature through someone's eyes who you can tell has nothing but respect and admiration for it. Much more than just a hunting book in my opinion.
