What ever happened with this program? did it ever take off? We are facing the same issues in AZ, however our game and fish dept is sportsman funded. They get no tax dollars from the state however during budget crisis, they can sweep the funds that the gfd has in the rears. Looking for more info on this subject. Thanks Jeff
