Misc in bin: Two pop cans, assorted weights, three big rusty hooks tied to 80-lb. test line with double granny knots
Other comments: You have to wonder about the mentality of anyone who literally has to reach over a trash barrel to deposit his pop can in the recycling tube.

Misc in bin: few assorted split shot and hooks, leaves and sticks
Other comments: Someone is checking this bin for me between my visits.
The padlock was secured to the end of the chain, and I always clip it as close to the bottom of the bin as possible. Who's my mystery helper?
