I have wrote many time about DON'T FENCE ME OUT. I have talked to NGPC and FWS about this problem before. I have got them to put access .in a few of these WPA"sWMA's . The WPA's basins was bought with Fed.duckstamp moneys. I think the access's should be for the waterfowlers. It was our money that bought them. The NGPC wma's was bought by Habitat stamp money. WMA's was bought first for waterfowl and all other game. If we want to get any thing done about access. We need to let them know. Contact the NGPC and let them know how you fell. The FWS e-mail is
Gene_Mack@fws.gov I am not happy with the way they have fenced our wetlands in or how they haven't given us access to them. If you don't do any thing about it. They think they are doing the right thing. You write in on the forum. So write it to them and get something done about it.
