Default Four Seasons (of fishing)

Daryl’s recently posted article on fall fishing ( http://www.nefga.org/nefga/component/content/article/37-frontpage/93-feeding-time-fish-tip-scalesduring-autumn ) -- combined with Sandbilly’s promise of an article on ice fishing for beginners – has me thinking we’re just two articles away from year-round coverage.

Who would be willing to draft a “general” article on fishing Nebraska in the Spring? Who would be willing to tackle one on Summer fishing? In either case, it would be nice to have a multi-species approach, but some species (eg, crappie in spring, white bass in summer) are simply easier to catch at certain times of year, and it would be great to point that out.

We could put those four articles together under a general heading, “Four Seasons of Fishing,” in the standing narrative of the Beginner’s Corner to help newbies get started right, no matter what month they start.

Who’s interested in giving one of these articles a shot?

(Once we get all four, I’ll ask Mako to add background music by Vivaldi. )
