I do understand this thread, the point to it is people can not judge the size of the fish under water. I agree. My point is what good are the muskie doing in the spillway, they might live a month or two but you and I both know they are not going to make it to another lake. I agree that shooting a fish under the length limit is illegal and should not have happened but I do not think that you should make it illegal for all just because of one bad apple. How many have been fishing and have had the opportunity in the main lake to arrow a muskie?
