Numerous times on this forum people have used the "defense" that the fish won't survive in the spillway because it's too hot, too many fisherman. Well, a month later and there are still fish in it, not to mention that the spillway creek eventually hits Salt Creek where if I'm not mistaken some of our forum members have caught and released muskie!

Laws are set to be followed and one should do so. It's the expectation we all have when we purchase our annual fishing license. If I had it my way, I would not allow fisherman to harvest muskie via bow, nor any sportfish in my opinion. However it is legal. I will not call you out on that, but, on the other hand I would not post about this topic on a muskie forum where you know that people are going to cringe over the thought of a dead muskie, especially in a state with hardly any water to fish for them.
