I suspect there is blame to be cast on both sides, but probably more for Brett than the organization. Regardless, this was a
DUMB move for the organization. Strategic priority number one should have been managing Brett's wanning years with patience and lots of latitude for the super star. They want to "Move On" ??? good luck with that.
This mismanagement will follow them for a LONG time.
