you guys must look suspicious

because I never even saw a game warden water fowl hunting in the basins last year and I live there so I hunted 4-5 times a week? I was usually limited out, and out of there with in an hour though so maybe he comes later? Did get checked by the feds during spring snows though. Maybe it's the out of area plates?????
