oahe
Sorry i did not take any pics, to busy catching fish, lots of smaller fish.
Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed where several of the most calm days i have spent on Oahe. Most days there was hardly a breath of wind, that being said we still caught plenty of fish, 10-22 feet with bouncer and crawler. Almost all of the bigger fish came on cranks and lead in 20-22 fow, glass shads, and original 5's.
Wed morning after a slow start and no wind, we relocated to the Whitlocks area, went out at noon and caught nicer fish. Lots better bite there in my opinion.
Had a good crank pattern that yielded eight nice almost all overs in a couple of hours on Thurs afternoon. Pulled lead over trees, lots of marks,
easy going and no snags.
We were heading up to Swift Bird on Fri morning but turned out to be 60 mph wind advisory so opted to come home after a great week. No salmon fishing on this round. Maybe next time.
