So...the friendly people near the town I live in decided they should smash in my Lowrance. Luckily, that's all they did but now I need to replace it. So, what would you recommend? Anything to stay away from? I'd like temp for sure, and speed would be nice. I know that people feel GPS is better for actual speed. Haven't decided if I really need GPS at all yet.

What do you use? What have you used and hated? What features are nice to look for and why?

I'm sure people will ask for price range, so I'm going to say $200-$450.
