That's how I've had it. Scampi, or like crab or lobster. Don't over cook paddle fish or you get the texture of pork chops. Saut'ed in butter until it turns white and slightly firm, then serve with butter for dipping and lemon. It's very good. And a white slightly sweet wine works good if you don't have Corona.
